Our solution also identifies preventive services & other clinically indicated tests to identify early chronic disease. Only 33 percent of women and 40 percent of men aged 65+ are up to date with all age-specific recommended preventive services.

 

Using our innovative software, you can effectively deliver a comprehensive wellness visit in just twenty minutes and provide your patients with other important preventive services which are being underutilized.

 
2. Training:

Our Clinical Staff manages the entire process, in your office. Practice does not have to employ any additional staff.

 

3. No Risk:

All element of the AWV are based on well-established medical guidelines. Because our solution is cloudbased, you do not need to make any investment in hardware or software. Our minimal licensing fee is based on completed AWVs and is typically paid after you are reimbursed by Medicare.

4. HER Integration / Meaningful Use:

Using our innovative software, we deliver the wellness visit in approximately 30 minutes. Your patient receives a printed personalized prevention plan (PPP) and a referral for any indicated preventive screenings or additional tests to detect early chronic disease. At the conclusion of each wellness visit, all the information relating to the wellness visit is exported to your EHR/EMR system.

 

5. Turnkey Solution:

To help ensure that you receive the appropriate reimbursement for the wellness visit and any additional preventive services or other tests that are identified during the wellness visit to detect early chronic disease, relevant procedural codes (HCPCS and CPT codes) and codes that identify the particular diagnosis are provided.
